Congratulations on your decision to start an exercise program with us, your program will be designed by you trainer to help you get the results you want. Working with a trainer allows you to relax when it comes to planing and thinking about your exercise program we take care of that for you so you can concentrate on putting the effort in during training sessions, but that’s not where your responsibility finishes when it comes to getting great results.

Although your exercise is an important part of the program, your efforts in the training sessions can be minimised or even wasted if your nutrition and lifestyle habits don’t support your goals. In this email course my goal is to show you what you need to be aware of to get the most from training with us.

You may not be ready to follow all the advice in this course but these are all things we have found greatly improve your chances of achieving great things in your time with us. The more effort you can put into your nutrition and lifestyle to maximise your training time, the better the results you will see over time. As you will find, you cant out train bad diet and lifestyle habits,long term it is a recipe for failure.

Over the next few months I will be showing you the major obstacles when it comes to getting the results you want, and I will be giving you tips you can immediately use in your lifestyle to give you the energy to train properly, to allow the training to work for you, and to achieve results as quickly as possible while avoiding the mistakes that often lead to stopping training and or regaining lost fat.

Remember at any stage if you have any questions you can talk to your trainer who can assist you or feel welcome to post a comment and we will attempt to answer your question through future lessons and posts. You will receive regular reminders to read your lessons and complete regular goal setting tasks via email, it is important to stay on top of your study because having a strong understanding of optimal nutrition and lifestyle, and in keeping focused on your goals you will find it easier to make the right decisions in your life to get you where you want to be.
